Delivery

* We provide free shipping service.

* Usually, we deliver your package by Chinapost.

* Make sure your shipping address is correct before finishing your order, errors will cause the package to be shipped to the wrong location and give you an invalid shipping quote.

  "Any" package that are returned or shipped with incorrect shipping information by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.

* We are not responsible with any lost package with no signature required on delivery.

* Customer's will be held responsible for any restrictions with their Country's International shipping policies. We highly recommend researching the details for the most current and up-to-date restrictions before placing an order as the customer will be held responsible for any additional charges resulting from returned packages.

* Santean ltd. processes the purchase orders made by the User within 3-5 working days, and delivery time is subject to the order.

* After dispatching the order Santean ltd. will send a tracking code to the User's email address to ease the delivery progress follow-up.

* Provided that Product delivery will delay significantly, Santean ltd.’s customer service will contact the User via the email as provided in the purchase order by the User.
