- About Replacement Policy -
We only provide replacement of quality-problem items.
Customers must email us at: support@jewelry.limited within 7 days of receipt along with the order number and the item number(s) for any quality-problem items to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any replacement without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and copy of the invoice will not be eligible for return.
Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. Due to Santean Ltd is maintaining a low margin, shipment fee/freight (when you send the product back to us) will be borne by your party.
Returned items that have missing parts and/or original packing will not be eligible for return.
A copy of the invoice must be included in the package being returned with quality-problem items numbers circled/highlighted along with a brief description explaining the reason for return.
Please follow all the rules for returns as Santean Limited will not be responsible for anything returned without the proper procedures taken. Thank you.
